About Us
We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you to The Chestnuts B&B. We are a husband and wife team who moved to Norfolk because we fell in love with the area. Our home is an Edwardian house built in 1913 by Henry Clifton. The Guest Suite is attached to the main house converted from the original stables. There are four other double bedrooms in the main house, the usual reception rooms and a very elegant Garden Room off the Dining Room towards the front of the house. Guests can enjoy the Garden Room and extensive gardens during their stay.
We have two grown up children who now do not live at home but who are frequent visitors. We also have two dogs, two cats and our own chickens plus lots of wild life that have made our garden their home including birds, squirrels and the occasional monkjack deer.
Friendly dogs with responsible owners are welcome by arrangement (please note additional charge of £10 per night).
